How often do you run the search algorithm?

Once a day at 7pm Eastern.
If you do not receive an email by 7:15pm Eastern time then you were not matched that day. Sorry.

What is this laterality option?

It does sound strange but:
We have found feature anomalies and by extension cognitive makeup to be a hurdle for matching.
We have removed this hurdle.
You're welcome.

Should I choose the laterality option?

These are the reasons that you may decide to opt in for this feature:

You have a history of being attracted to other people who are not attracted to you. This assumes there exists gender and gender seeking alignment.
You have a history of others being attracted to you but you are not attracted to those other people. This assumes there exists gender and gender seeking alignment.

You are left-handed. - Or -
You possess uneven eye features. - Or -
You have an extra eyebrow muscle. (Can raise one eyebrow independently of the other.) - Or -
You possess uneven, nonparallel lines on your forehead. (Try scrunching your forehead to see this better.) - Or -
You do not present any external laterality feature at all. (Small percentage of the time - it's just the attraction history alone.)

What happens if I cancel my account?

Well, we hope you don't but if you do:
We remove your email address from the active search list.
We remove your email address from the distribution list.
You will not be able to sign up again for one week using the same email address.
If you do choose to sign up again using the same email address then the new signup date will apply for sorting.
